We accept direct checkout (Credit Cards)
We strive to ship all orders within one business day. Orders received after 3 p.m. Pacific time are considered received on the next business day.
All orders shipped to addresses in the U.S.A. or U.S. territories will be shipped by United States Postal Service first class mail or priority mail unless otherwise specified in the listing. If you wish your order to ship using a service other than U.S.P.S., please contact us before ordering. If you wish to have your order shipped overnight or through another faster delivery service, please contact us before ordering.
We charge an additional $3 shipping for each additional address on orders shipping to multiple addresses. We do not currently accept online orders shipping to multiple addresses. If you wish to place an order that will ship to multiple addresses, please contact us.
We accept pick-up orders with no shipping and handling fees. Please provide us with a telephone number and an email address when you order so we can contact you to make arrangements for pick-up.
We charge $3 shipping and handling per product on all orders from the Herbal section of our shop up to $49 to be shipped to one address within the U. S. and U. S. territories. For similar orders of $50 or more, shipping is free. Shipping on products from the other areas of our shop are listed by product and include a reduced shipping price when you buy one or more products from any areas of our shop.
Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
You can return or exchange unopened products with a receipt or order number within 90 days for a full refund. If a mistake was made by us, we will cover the return shipping charges, too. Returns after 90 days or without a receipt or valid order number are good for credit at our online store only.
We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise, however we want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, please contact us so we can find a satisfactory solution.
